Tigers Drop Game Two

The Tigers were out-dueled by the Caps Tuesday night and ended up on the short end of a 4-1 score. Campbellton struck early in the first when the game’s third star, Sam Dow, deked around a defender, moved to the top of the left face off circle and blistered a shot from  past a surprised Dominik Tmej in the Caps’ net. Kyle Petten and Coleton Perry picked up assists on the play. That was it for the Tigers’ offence as Summerside tied the game before the first intermission, picked up another in the second and added a pair in the third. In the Tigers’ net, Tristan Gray stopped twenty-three shots in the loss.

The series will move again to Summerside for game three on Thursday with game four back at the Memorial Civic Center on Saturday, April 6th.
