Campbellton Tigers goaltender Isaak Pelletier went 3-1-0-2 with a 1.33 GAA in October, en route to being named the Pro Design Cresting Rookie of the Month. The 17-year-old posted a .949 save percentage in those six games last month for the Tigers. Pelletier, who played only one game in September, now leads the MHL with a 1.43 GAA and a .946 save percentage. His two shutouts in October place him in a tie for the most in the league. The first was a 23 save effort in a 4-0 win on October 19th against Edmundston, while the second shutout was a 45 save performance as Campbellton dropped a 1-0 shootout decision to Truro on the 26th. On either side of the Truro game was a 28 save, 2-1 shootout loss to St. Stephen on the 20th and another 28 save performance, this time a 6-1 win over Grand Falls on the 28th.
